The MMF has called the EGA for June 3 and 4. If you are planning on attending please read the Documents. The Notice of EGA PDF explains how to register for the EGA and what will be discussed at the EGA.
The draft Treaty has not been released yet. Below is a backgrounder and you can read the agreement by clicking the blue button just below, which the treaty is based on.
The MMF is in the midst of signing a historic modern day Treaty.
Please read the Red River Self-Government Recognition and Implementation Agreement signed in 2021. The Treaty is not yet being distributed so you can read the Agreement, which the Treaty is based on. Once the Treaty becomes available we will post it here.

Extraordinary General Assembly and Resloutions
On June 3 and 4, 2023 there will be an Extraordinary General Assembly to ratify the Treaty and vote on resolutions that pertain to the Treaty. You can read the resolutions by downloading the PDF files below. Once we have more information on how to register we will share it on FB and the webpage.

Resolution 1
Resolution 2 pertains to changes to the constitution. You can read the resolution and see the changes to the constitution. The draft constitution had to b scanned in 4 separate files.
